Margaret Somerville had a vision when she first imagined opening her own Home Staging and Interior Redesign business – satisfied clients. After all is said and done, the happiness and satisfaction of the client remains the most important aspect of Somerville Designs.

Committed to her profession and a desire to hone her skills, Margaret holds two Home Staging Certifications. She has received her Home Staging and Interior Redesign training and Certification through SMART Stagers, leaders in the Home Staging industry. She has also trained through STIR –Staging Transformations & Interior Redesign.

Margaret is proud to have been named “Designated Stager” at Florida Executive Realty, Tampa for Ronnie and Ralph Evans. Somerville Designs is also a member of RESA, the Real Estate Staging Association and the SMART Network of Stagers.
